Getting Ready For Trial

I have a jury trial scheduled for early February in a personal injury case where I represent the plaintiff, better known as the injury victim. My client was involved in a
car accident and was
injured when he was cut off by another driver.
There are many considerations that I make as we approach jury selection and then trial. Many times, the inusrance company of the other driver has made a monetary offer or multiple offers. During this process I work closely with my client to provide advice and guidance as to the validity or insufficiency of an offer.
Most times, in these ongoing discussions, I also try to counsel my clients on alternative proposal that may resolve the case. It is also very important to meet with your client to prepare his or her testimony for trial and to enhance your trial strategy. This should be a natural process because the attorney and client should already have a well established working relationship. I know I have probably already spent a large quantity of time with my client, throughout the various processes in the case. We have gotten to know each other and built a bond through the time period he or she treated with the doctor and to prepare for the deposition or during the countless telephone conversations and meetings we have had during the pendency of the case.
I think this is really important because I realy value the one on one contact that builds trust and respect between me and you. Please call me if you need a Waterbury personal injury lawyer to learn more about why I might be the best lawyer for you and what principals are important to me. Thank you.
